Return & Refund Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Returns without a RAC will be refused and no refund will be issued. To obtain a RAC, please email Support@xkpngzmt.top and provide your name, order number, and reason for return. All returns must be made within 10 days of order receipt. All return requests are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
All boxed items must be returned in their original packaging. Items damaged in shipping may not be returned; we reserve the right to repair or replace the item. Returns must be picked up and shipped within 14 days of receipt and must include all instructions, parts, etc. For approved returns, we will provide a full refund, less all shipping costs and a 15% restocking and handling fee.
Customized products, made-to-order products, and products requiring on-site installation are not returnable or refundable, and these sales are final once installation has begun. Please note that sales of custom pool table cloths/felts are final and each pool table cloth is custom cut and sold by the yard. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct quantity of pool table felt is ordered.
Cancellations of Custom, Special, and Custom Products
Custom and custom products must be cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of order placement or no cancellation or refund will be issued. Custom and custom products are billed prior to production and are tailored to the customer's needs. Due to the complexity of the custom production process, sometimes production lead times may be longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control. Extended production lead times are rare, but are not grounds for cancellation. In the event of a production delay, we will promptly notify the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before billing with no penalty. Orders cancelled after billing but before shipment will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel your order and your order has shipped or is ready to ship, you will receive a full refund less all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. For your protection, we have a 2-week check verification period, during which refunds cannot be processed. This is to ensure that customers have sufficient funds in their accounts to cover mailed check payments.
Pricing errors on our website are rare, but they do occur. Mispricing errors will not be honored. We strive to always maintain correct pricing, but in the unlikely event of a mispricing, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to a mispricing.
Handmade Products
Our products are handmade, making it virtually impossible for two identical items to appear. Each piece is crafted by artisans using centuries-old techniques. Natural imperfections and variations may occur, but these are not defects. These variations are inherent in the manufacturing process of handmade products, so you may notice subtle differences that make your Isabella Furniture purchase unique and one-of-a-kind.
Please note that while we have tried our best to display product colors accurately, the actual color you see will depend on your monitor and may vary.
Purchase Agreement:
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item for any shipping damage or manufacturing defects and report them to Xkpngzmt within 2 business days. Items damaged during shipping will be exchanged free of charge for another item as long as the damage is noted to the carrier upon receipt. Do not discard the packaging before assembling, inspecting, and testing the product. This product requires minimal assembly. Please read the instructions before use. Orders canceled before shipment will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover any credit card charges incurred by our company.
Customers who cancel after shipment will be charged all shipping costs, plus a 15% restocking fee. Although the original shipping cost was free, all costs incurred by our company, including such original shipping cost, will be charged for cancelled orders.
Delays are rare, but please note that delayed arrival does not constitute grounds for cancellation. Customers must provide a telephone number where the carrier can be contacted prior to delivery. California residents must pay 9% sales tax. All shipping costs are standard ground shipping rates within the contiguous 48 states. Please call for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
Additional Charges
Any and all charges associated with missed delivery appointments and unjustified product rejections will be automatically charged to the customer's card on file, and a retry will be made.
1) The customer is responsible for ensuring the table can be delivered to the designated location.
If applicable, our movers/installers will need to utilize the following facilities: loading docks, access roads, freight elevators, and parking for delivery trucks. The customer is responsible for ensuring parking is available for the delivery truck. The customer should also verify delivery regulations and any building insurance requirements with the property management before the table is delivered. For on-site installation, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product can be delivered to the designated location and providing all relevant information, including but not limited to stairs, elevators, and delivery areas, prior to delivery, and confirming that it can be delivered smoothly. Shuffleboard tables are long and may not be able to fit around corners, spiral staircases, etc. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any charges in excess of the original delivery and installation fees. A distance surcharge applies to rural areas.
2) The customer is responsible for ensuring they receive their order after the carrier calls to arrange delivery—you will need to provide a valid phone number for delivery arrangements. If we are unable to contact the customer to arrange delivery (we will make every effort to contact you by phone and email), we will charge a three-day storage fee. If we are still unable to contact the customer to arrange delivery after three days, we will instruct the shipping company to return the product to the manufacturer to avoid further storage fees. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping, restocking fees, and storage fees.
3) Unless the customer indicates a required or extended delivery date before the order is produced, the customer will not receive the product until production is complete. After the order is completed, we cannot store the product at the manufacturer's facility unless we notify the manufacturer of any delivery delays in advance. The storage fee for customer-requested manufacturer storage of gaming tables is US$50 per day.
